Same Day Shipping
Any order placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a standard business day (Monday-Friday) ships the same day. Same day shipping is not available for orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during company-specific and national holidays.
Countdown Timer
The countdown timer shown below the Add to Cart button displays the remaining time to qualify for same day shipping. The timer ends daily at 2:00 PM Eastern.
When Same Day Shipping Is Unavailable
After the daily cut-off, the countdown timer is replaced with the message: "Same day shipping is currently unavailable."
This appears when one of these conditions applies:
- The same day shipping window has closed for the day.
- It is a weekend.
- It is a holiday, or our warehouse is closed in observance of a holiday.
Orders placed while same day shipping is unavailable ship on the next available standard business day.
Return Policy
We accept returns for products with defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
Returns not related to defect, damage, or shipping must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing.
Important: Returns are not accepted on electrical parts or parts exposed to fuel.
How To Return
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through InStockShipsToday.com by logging into your account, or by contacting Customer Service at (786) 592-2094 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST).
For efficient processing, every return must include a valid RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for refund consideration. Refunds are applied after the returned product is received and processed.
Important: Eligible products must be new, unused, complete, and associated with a valid RMA number. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender.
Refunds
Under U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned to the original card used for the purchase.
If the original card cannot be credited (expired, stolen, lost, etc.), contact us and a company check can be issued to the purchaser. Please note this process may delay refund completion.
Transit Time & Carriers
Transit times are not guaranteed after an order has shipped. Any shipping timeline presented on this site or by third parties should be treated as an estimate.
We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays related to holidays, weather, or transportation disruptions.
